full-time Great opportunity for a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to work for a North American industry leader located 1 hour outside of Omaha, NE Our client is looking for a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to be responsible for leading the design and development of equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing operations to support manufacturing growth. Responsibilities Manage and lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team to improve manufacturing methods and processes for maximum throughput, efficiency, and quality. Perform Make/Buy decisions on key components going through the manufacturing process. New Product Development implementations from Engineering through manufacturing. ECN Implementation and disposition. Develop the organizational structure of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department to better utilize resources to achieve goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years experience within Advanced Manufacturing concepts 4+ years of Engineering Management
