Job Description Developing, qualifying, and optimizing manufacturing welding processes Creation and development of WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), PQRs, weld qualification, and welding documentation Lead failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Troubleshoot and resolve production-floor welding and fabrication issues Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standard Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Review production documentation and work instructions to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and clearly communicated Develop, implement, and maintain standardised manufacturing processes, introducing controlled improvements as needed.
