This role centers around enhancing our sustainable and safe production capabilities, utilizing cutting-edge technology to optimize plant operations and contribute to world-class manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring a sturdy background in chemical or mechanical engineering, paired with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency. Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve product quality, and ensure environmental compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate process-related modifications. Conduct process simulations and develop detailed process models to predict production outcomes. Prepare technical reports, document changes, and provide training to staff on new processes. Ensure all processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
