Description development, manufacturing, and training company. We build products that work. Since 2008, we have been determined in our design, development and testing of innovative and intelligent equipment.
About the role:
already knows where our production processes need to go
we need a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who can turn that vision into a working, repeatable process on the floor.
This isn't a role for someone looking to set their own direction; it's a role for someone who takes a plan, owns the execution, and builds the automation and integration to make it real, faster and more consistently than we can do it manually today. We are poised to experience 10X growth across various aspects of the company. We need somebody who is ready to build the manufacturing systems that can scale with us. What you'll love to do: Bring vision for new production processes to life
from equipment selection and process design through installation, automation, and full-rate production. Design and implement automation and integration solutions
robotics, PLCs, custom fixturing and tooling, controls
that align with the direction leadership has set for the shop floor.
Use data-driven analysis to optimize processes, eliminate constraints, and increase throughput. Partner with the Engineering Manager and design engineers to translate new product designs into producible, efficient processes. Integrate new equipment and control systems into existing production lines with minimal disruption to throughput. Iterate the process (over and over again…and again) based on testing results, floor feedback, and data
always in line with where is headed.
Break things and learn from it. Facilitate collaboration across engineering, production, and quality to keep execution aligned with the vision. Be passionate about learning and understanding the operational aspects of You'll succeed if you: Possess a strong attention to detail but can see the big picture. Are not afraid to fail, learn from it, and get better than yesterday. Love to work. You love new ideas and challenges. You're not content to sit around and wait for things to happen to you. You have an immense bias toward action, experimentation, and forward momentum. Can take direction and run with it
you don't need to own the vision to be fully invested in executing it well. Have hands-on experience with automation and integration
PLC programming, robotics, or custom control systems
and know your way around Fusion 360, Haas vertical milling centers, and Notion.
Understand or are excited to learn how to apply the Theory of Constraints to manufacturing processes. Have a strong interest in shooting and tactics and have a desire to develop a professional mindset around it. (This is not required, but it is a plus.)
