Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Fabrication Engineering 3+ years of industry experience Experience in leadership positions, leading teams and junior engineers. Any experience with Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Ability to work effectively in teams The ability to travel and be gone for a week or more if required.
