Job Description Support the design-to-production process by preparing and maintaining engineering documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and drive continuous process improvements. Utilize engineering software and analytical tools to evaluate designs and support product development initiatives. Develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings, and related documentation in accordance with quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist with product development efforts, design reviews, and engineering calculations as needed. Investigate product performance issues and recommend corrective actions when appropriate. Support material selection, product enhancements, and other continuous improvement projects. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.0 or higher GPA Prior engineering internship, co-op, or professional experience preferred. Experience using CAD/design software and standard business applications. Exposure to product design, manufacturing environments, and engineering best practices. Understanding of fabrication, machining, or other industrial production processes is a plus. Familiarity with simulation, modeling, and design validation tools is advantageous. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail. What's on Offer Competitive salary between $65,000 and $75,000. 4.5% 401k match opportunities for tuition reimbursement Health, Dental Vision, PTO based on experience
