full-time Automation Engineer - Robotic Programming Relocation Assistance Provided! Automation Engineer with experience in robot programming, Beckhoff TwinCAT, motion control, cobots, and industrial system integration , you'll work on innovative manufacturing projects from concept through commissioning.

Design, program, and integrate advanced robotic and automation systems for manufacturing applications. Develop PLC, HMI, and motion control software using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 . Program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robots, collaborative robots, and Epson robotic systems. Integrate robots with machine vision, servo systems, sensors, conveyors, and peripheral equipment. Develop controls architecture, electrical I/O, and industrial communication networks. Configure and troubleshoot EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus networks. Perform machine startup, commissioning, debugging, validation, and production support. Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and customer installations. Create technical documentation including operating procedures, controls documentation, and troubleshooting guides. Provide technical support and training for customers and production teams. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver successful automation solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or controls engineering. Experience programming PLCs and motion control systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 . Hands-on experience integrating robotic automation systems. Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems. Experience commissioning automated equipment in manufacturing environments. Excellent communication and project coordination skills. Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: Epson Robots Universal Robots (UR)
