WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will apply engineering principles on assigned projects and develop practical, innovative solutions that meet customer and company requirements.

Your responsibilities may include:

Lead teams in developing technical solutions to both simple and highly complex engineering and manufacturing challenges. Provide project engineering leadership and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Prioritize projects and coordinate resources to achieve on-time completion. Lead research and development of new products, processes, tooling, and manufacturing methods. Work directly to implement engineering plans to manufacture technically demanding products. Review and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, technical documentation, and military specifications. Identify manufacturing challenges and develop effective engineering solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including WPS, PQRs, and other engineering documentation . Use SolidWorks to design, analyze, and modify tooling, fixtures, and other manufacturing solutions. Work closely with machinists, fabricators, welders, quality personnel, and other members of the manufacturing team. Support equipment modifications, new equipment installations, capital projects, and production line development. Continuously identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, quality, efficiency, and capability.

EDUCATION A

Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields is preferred: Mechanical Engineering Major in mathematics Industrial Engineering Process Engineering Materials Science Or another related engineering discipline Equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience will also be considered.
