Lead impactful CAPEX projects! Drive manufacturing innovation! About Our Client Our client manufactures highly engineered industrial products used in demanding applications. They focus on operational excellence, advanced manufacturing technologies, and continuous improvement across its production operations. Job Description This Process Engineer will be responsible for: Implementing new equipment, manufacturing technologies, and production processes. Leading CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning. Developing and optimizing extrusion and manufacturing processes. Managing safety, ergonomic, quality, and productivity initiatives. Training operators and supervisors on equipment and procedures. The Successful Applicant A Successful Process Engineer will have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field. 5+ years of Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering experience. Experience within wire, cable, hose, tube, or extrusion manufacturing environments. Proven project management experience. Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes. Lean Manufacturing training or certification preferred. Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
