Manufacturing Engineer Schedule:

Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Advance Mfg is proud to be part of Precinmac, a global precision manufacturing group. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the development of manufacturing process plans and coordinate the production of complex machined, mechanical, and welded assemblies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in machining, CNC programming, or advanced manufacturing operations. (On-site position) - This position does not qualify for Visa Sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand customer purchase order requirements and specifications.
• Review and evaluate engineering drawings for machined parts and assemblies.
• Develop machining and assembly process plans, including operation sheets and tooling requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality and inspection standards.
• Utilize CAD software to support process development; experience with Autodesk products is a plus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production efficiency, accuracy, and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology (preferably Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical). Minimum 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, CNC programmer, or estimator. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T. Experience in close-tolerance manufacturing processes. Comprehensive knowledge of CAD and working with CAD drawings. Ability to analyze and solve complex manufacturing challenges.
