Job Description

Mold Design - Plastics Moldmaking Project Engineer - Westminster, MD

Description Requires engineering degree and 5+ years experience as injection molding tooling design engineer and hands-on ability with SolidWorks and CNC machine shop equipment to manage mold building projects from concept through production.

Required experience:
  • Interacting with marketing, product development, and customers.
  • Managing projects independently from initial design concept through production.
  • Designing injection molds using 3D computer design tools.
  • Advising and directing moldmakers, machinists and toolmakers and reviewing and testing molds.
  • Aiding in the programming of CNC machine tools.
