Typical daily duties:

Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles Support 5S, CAPEX, and operational excellence initiatives across the facility Review production and operational data to drive informed business decisions Coach and support employees on Lean tools, best practices, and process improvement methodologies What we're looking for: Strong experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Knowledge of project management, industrial engineering principles, and data analysis techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence change Experience in wood products manufacturing or other heavy industrial environments preferred Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results To be considered for this Process Engineer opening in Ashland, Maine, please contact us using any of the methods below.
