What You'll Do Digest customer inputs: prints, 3D CAD models, RFQs, and specifications. Build routings and cycle-time estimates for milling, turning, CNC/manual machining, and fabrication. Determine raw material and hardware needs; price outside processes such as heat treating and chroming. Construct labor, material, and manufacturing cost models inside our ERP/quoting system to generate competitive quotes. Validate feasibility and lead times with production and engineering teams. Continuously refine ERP/quoting data for pricing consistency and reliable historical tracking. Act as a responsive customer point person—deliver fast quotes, set clear delivery expectations, communicate technical constraints, and collaborate closely with engineering.
