Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve quality. Provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team to increase productivity and reduce costs. Review and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure products are easy to manufacture. Select, test, and implement new equipment and technologies. Ensure all processes meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Manage projects related to new processes, equipment, or technological improvements. Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience 7-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong process development skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with ERP systems and project management
Preferred:
Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tools and concepts Lean Six Sigma certification or similar credentials
