Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This role will oversee a team of manufacturing technicians while driving process improvements, production efficiency, quality, and product support for liquid cooling and data infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, hands-on manufacturing experience, and expertise in CAD design, process development, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Technicians.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  • Support new product introductions and transition designs into manufacturing.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Support equipment selection, tooling design, and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. o Engineering degree required. o Technology degrees will not be considered.
  • 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Experience supporting liquid cooling systems, thermal management products, or data center infrastructure solutions.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing manufacturing personnel or technicians.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and production procedures. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Minitab or other statistical analysis software.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as JD Edwards.
  • Experience utilizing PLM systems such as Enovia.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certifications.
