Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably CNC machining Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and coworkers Naturally curious and willing to ask questions to fully understand processes and challenges Self-motivated learner who continuously seeks opportunities to improve Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities Experience with

systems is a plus Education is less important than experience, aptitude, and attitude. A Mechanical Engineering degree is welcome but not required. We are interested in individuals who have demonstrated success in manufacturing, machining, process engineering, programming, or related technical fields. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
