About Our Client My client is a well-established and fast-growing precision CNC manufacturing company is seeking a skilled professional to join its growing team. This organization is known for producing complex, tight-tolerance components that serve critical applications within the aerospace and defense sectors. Job Description The main responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer, include, but are not limited to: Programming 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC lathes, including those with live tooling. Designing custom fixtures and tooling to support efficient manufacturing. Defining and documenting complete manufacturing processes. Creating detailed 2D process drawings, operation sheets, work instructions, tool lists, and inspection criteria. Troubleshooting setup challenges and support the machining of both prototype and production components. Apply today for immediate consideration! The Successful Applicant The Manufacturing Engineer should have the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience Proficient in current CAD/CAM software (NX preferred). Strong background in machining complex, precision parts. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; deep understanding of GD&T. Familiarity with metrology tools and inspection processes. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and adapt to varying schedules as needed. Must meet ITAR compliance requirements. What's on Offer 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6%.
