Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Process Engineer Trainee to support safe, efficient production across our cement and aggregates operations. In this role, you'll learn to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes, analyze production data, and recommend improvements that enhance quality, throughput, and energy efficiency. Working closely with senior engineers and plant teams, you'll support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects while gaining hands-on exposure to modern process control systems in a safety-first, sustainability-focused environment.
