full-time Lead Engineer - Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Position Overview Flowtec is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company specializing in engineered equipment for marine, offshore, and industrial markets. This Lead Engineer role spans engineering, sales, service, and manufacturing with excellent work-life balance in a streamlined environment. About the Company Small, privately-owned engineering and manufacturing company Nearly 100 years in operation ISO certified with experienced engineering team Strong government contract portfolio Flat organizational structure with minimal bureaucracy Key Responsibilities Engineering & Design Design pumps and components using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis Create 3D models and technical drawings using AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor Support manufacturing and repair operations Field Operations Lead field service crews for installation, repair, and commissioning Conduct onsite troubleshooting and technical support Travel to customer sites for project execution Cross-Functional Work Support sales team with technical specifications Work with application engineers on customer solutions Coordinate with manufacturing and service teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) 5+ years with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment AutoCAD / Inventor proficiency (required) Background with centrifugal pumps or compressors Experience with diesel engines and gas turbines preferred Comfortable in manufacturing environments and field work Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000 10% annual bonus Full benefits package Better work-life balance than large corporations
