Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.

Create performance-based reports

Conduct delay studies to loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.

All other duties as assigned Required Skills and Education Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university preferably in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering major.

Graduation date of May 2027 or later.

Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.

Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
