Job Description

Project / Design Engineer —
Upper Sandusky, OH Location:
Upper Sandusky, Ohio (on-site) 
Schedule:
6 days/week, ~60 hours/week 
Duration:
Through end of November / early December 2026, with possible extension
Pay Rate:
$38-$40 per hour 
Start:
ASAP About the Role We're looking for Project/Design Engineers to join an active industrial construction project in Upper Sandusky, OH. You'll work alongside the engineering and site teams to bridge design and field execution — turning drawings and specs into fabrication-ready, installed reality. What You'll Do Support project engineering and site coordination for mechanical/structural installations Interpret and work from P&IDs, isometrics, and plant layout drawings Produce and update fabrication drawings and technical documentation Assist with RFIs, submittals, and technical queries Track material take-offs and support procurement/tracking needs Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards Conduct site inspections and as-built verification Collaborate with construction, operations, and multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, structural, piping) What You Bring Experience in industrial construction, plant systems, or multidisciplinary engineering projects Proficiency in AutoCAD; SolidWorks, Inventor, or Revit a plus Comfortable working on-site and coordinating directly with field teams Strong technical documentation and drawing-interpretation skills Associate's/Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent practical experience) Willing and able to work a 6-day, 60-hour weekly schedule through the project duration
Pay:
