The Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve yields, reduce defects, and uphold customer and regulatory requirements in a high-tech, continuous improvement culture. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain product and process quality plans for manufacturing operations Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues Analyze production, test, and warranty data to identify trends and improve yield and reliability Support APQP/PPAP, control plans, and validation activities for new product launches Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet customer and regulatory requirements Conduct capability studies, FMEAs, and risk assessments on critical processes Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance with quality standards Coach production teams on quality tools, standards, and continuous improvement practices Required Skills Root cause analysis Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) Statistical process control (SPC) APQPPPAPFMEAMeasurement systems analysis (MSA) Data analysis and reporting GD&TQuality management systems (IATF 16949/ISO 9001)
