Job Description
Job Overview Direct Hire Role! We are seeking an experienced Electronics & Automation Engineer to support automated manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve automated systems and equipment. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and control systems. Diagnose electrical, electronic, and automation-related equipment issues. Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of manufacturing equipment. Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and equipment records. Ensure work complies with applicable safety and quality standards. Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred. Experience with industrial automation and manufacturing equipment. PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of electrical controls, instrumentation, motors, drives, and sensors. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
