Job Description

About RCP Richardson Cooling Packages (RCP) is a privately held company and a global leader in complete cooling systems for off-highway and industrial applications. As one of North America's largest radiator manufacturers, we design, engineer, and build complete cooling packages in-house, including radiators, charge-air coolers, oil coolers, hoses, pipes, brackets, shrouds, enclosures, and degas tanks. OEMs and engine manufacturers across North America, South America, Europe, and beyond trust us as their single source for reliable, high-performance cooling solutions. Why Join Us At RCP, you'll find the best of both worlds: we're big enough to give you the resources and support of an established manufacturer, but small enough that your work makes a visible impact. Because we do nearly everything in-house, no two weeks look the same. You'll work across sheet metal, tube bending, brazing, machining, robotic welding, and assembly, building deep, hands-on expertise alongside a skilled team. You'll also have the opportunity to help launch our new CAB core production line, which is currently being built out, and grow your expertise right along with it. For experienced engineers, this is a chance to put your expertise to work across a wide range of processes, help shape a brand-new production line, and see your ideas make a real difference on the floor. What You'll Do CNC sheet metal fabrication: Program and support CNC lasers, punches, and press brakes.
CNC tube bending:
Program and support CNC tube bending equipment. Aluminum controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) core production: Help bring our brand-new bar-and-plate core line to life. Work with our engineering team on equipment startup, commissioning, and ongoing troubleshooting.
CNC machining:
Program CNC mills and lathes using Creo Machining, and support machining operations on the floor.
Robotic welding:
Program, optimize, and troubleshoot 6-axis robotic welding cells, including path programming, fixture integration, and weld quality improvement.
Assembly:
Support and improve assembly processes to drive gains in quality, throughput, and cost.
Fixturing:
Design and maintain manual welding fixtures.
Tooling:
Design, build, and maintain aluminum permanent molds.
Quality and PPAP:
Prepare and manage PPAP submissions, including PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, material certifications, and ISIRs within our
ISO 9001
quality system.
Process documentation:
Create and maintain work instructions and routings. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred. We welcome engineers at every career stage, from seasoned professionals to newer engineers with strong hands-on skills.
