$72,000 - $95,000 per year Job Details - We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support the build of our industrial heating products and custom process heating systems. You will improve how our products are designed for manufacture, assembled, and tested, and you'll partner closely with sales, engineering, and the shop floor to deliver quality systems to customers on time.

Responsibilities:

Develop and improve manufacturing processes for electric heaters, control panels, and custom heating systems Create and maintain work instructions, BOMs, routings, and assembly/test procedures Support design-for-manufacturability reviews on custom and standard products Drive continuous improvement in throughput, quality, cost, and safety (Lean, 5S, root cause analysis) Troubleshoot production issues and support technicians on the floor Evaluate and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements Support quality: nonconformance investigations, corrective actions, and testing Work with purchasing and suppliers on components and materials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Experience with electromechanical assemblies, control panels, heaters, or thermal/process equipment strongly preferred Ability to read and create mechanical and electrical drawings; SolidWorks or AutoCAD experience a plus Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools Strong hands-on troubleshooting and communication skills Able to work on-site in Newtown Square, PA A bit about us: - We are an established specialist in industrial process heating and temperature control, headquartered in Newtown Square, PA.
