Job Description

Quality Engineer Olyphant, PA | Full Time | Direct Hire A manufacturing company in the Scranton, PA area is hiring 2 Quality Engineers to strengthen its quality control function and support continuous improvement efforts.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial setting Knowledge of quality standards such as HARA, ISO, and BRCGS Proficiency in Excel, statistical software, and quality reporting tools Strong communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

Apply statistical process control methods to improve process performance, support calibration and measurement system activities, conduct capability analyses, review quality documentation for product release, participate in audits and root cause investigations, monitor key control points, and help train staff on quality practices.

Pay:
