Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Royersford, PA area.

$75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support to production and tube mill operations Improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and testing Troubleshoot quality issues and disposition nonconforming materials Lead equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and DOE to optimize efficiency Manage projects related to equipment installs, cost reduction, and throughput improvements Support cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff Identify production risks and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience Metallurgical experience a plus Hands-on experience in a production environment Knowledge of Six Sigma, statistics, and process improvement tools preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Minitab, and CAD (SolidWorks a plus) Experience with metal manufacturing or industrial manufacturing is a plus #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
