Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality. Analyze production performance and implement data-driven improvements aligned with operational excellence goals. Support new product introductions and ensure seamless scale-up into full production. Collaborate closely with Quality to embed quality assurance directly into process design. Troubleshoot process challenges and lead root cause analysis with a proactive mindset. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment reflective of Wijos values. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in regulated industries. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Strong understanding of process optimization and equipment performance
