General Manager Location:
Henderson, TN (Onsite) What You'll Do Tooling, Equipment & Process Development Track Assist with manufacturing equipment setup and process implementation. Support production startups, changeovers, and process validation activities. Troubleshoot production issues and help identify root causes. Monitor manufacturing processes and recommend improvements. Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Develop standard work instructions and process documentation. Support quality, safety, and productivity initiatives across the facility. Support tooling and fixture design projects. Assist with tooling modifications and improvements. Create and update engineering drawings and documentation. Work with production personnel to identify tooling-related opportunities. Participate in process development and manufacturing optimization projects. Support implementation of new tooling and equipment. Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and tooling challenges. What You'll Learn Manufacturing process development Equipment setup and optimization Root cause analysis and problem solving Continuous improvement methodologies Tooling and fixture design Production support and project management Cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment This role is designed for engineers who want to build a strong foundation and develop into future technical leaders. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Or a related engineering discipline Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Internship, co-op, or hands-on manufacturing experience Exposure to CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms Coursework or projects involving: Manufacturing processes Tooling and fixture design Automation Mechanical systems Continuous improvement Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles No extensive professional experience is required.
