About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing high-tech production lines to enhance operational output and product excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex manufacturing challenges, driving innovation through data-driven process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean methodologies, 6S principles, and rigorous root cause analysis to production workflows. Analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions that boost efficiency. Partner with maintenance and production departments to oversee equipment upgrades, machine setups, and performance optimization. Lead technical evaluations during new product trials to ensure seamless integration into existing manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training modules for production staff. Collaborate across departments to resolve technical issues and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production lifecycle. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline. Up to 3 years of hands-on experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical problem-solving techniques to real-world technical challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Prior exposure to fiber-optic or wire and cable manufacturing processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab and advanced Excel functions. Familiarity with ERP system workflows and their application in manufacturing environments.
