Responsibilities:

• Ensures that department follows company policies and procedures.
• Supervises engineering employees in providing engineering solutions, research & development, and technical support to all product lines.
• Responsible for efficient and economical design and development of engineering projects.
• Ensures new and existing products meet or exceed customer quality standards.
• Maintains

API & ISO

certifications by ensuring design and development processes needed for the quality management system are established, maintained, and improved upon.

• Participates in the development of annual budgets and monitors for adherence.
• Administers engineering personnel goals and objectives.
• Provides engineering support in introducing new products, sustaining of existing products, and support of product supply and demand.
• Responsible for coordinating all research and development activities including the scheduling of testing and maintenance of lab and equipment.
• Identifies and facilitates training needs for engineering employees.
• Key liaison with other functions e.g. HR, QA, Purchasing, and Manufacturing for resolving production or quality issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
