This role involves:

Stainless Steel and Aluminum Manufacturing, including Metal Forming and Bonding Project Management, Scheduling, and Monitoring Production Flow Creating and putting Policies and Procedures in place Working directly with Vendors Strong Problem-Solving and ability to Spec Equipment Requirements include: BS in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or related 4-year degree. 5+ years' of hands-on work experience in a Metals Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have Foundry, Cast Metals, Heat Treating, Welding, or Metallurgical background. Creative Thinker, someone who wants to make a Positive Impact and who is as comfortable out on the Shop Floor as they are in front of the Leadership Team.
