What you will do:
Engineer the
Future:
Model workflows, crush bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions for groundbreaking electric aircraft.
Drive Breakthroughs:
Implement advanced tooling, robotics, and automation to supercharge efficiency and redefine production.
Lead & Collaborate:
Champion cross-functional initiatives, aligning engineering, supply chain, and operations for seamless execution.
Optimize & Excel:
Streamline material flow, ensure product manufacturability (DFM), and uphold rigorous FAA Part 21 & 23 standards.
Who you are:
Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering. 7+ years in advanced manufacturing, especially aerospace or process optimization. A strategic, innovative, and data-driven mind ready to conquer challenges and drive efficiency. Expertise in process modeling, simulation, and scaling production with automation. Strong knowledge of FAA Part 21 and aerospace quality standards. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tech, Catia, Solidworks, or ERP/MES systems.
