Job Description
DescriptionAs a Manufacturing Engineer at Stevens Industries, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our laminate wood production processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, develop innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Design, develop, test and troubleshoot electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes and equipmentApply engineering principles and standards to ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identifyand resolve technical issues and implement process improvementsProvide technical support and guidance to production staff, maintenance personnel and customersPrepare and maintain documentation, such as schematics, specifications, manuals and reportsRequirementsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related fieldExperience in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and componentsKnowledge of electricalcodes, standards, and regulationsProficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation toolsAbility to work in a team and communicate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and clientsCreativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges
