Overview We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This position requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, project management, and a passion for continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Duties Develop and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Polyworks for designing and modifying schematics. Oversee aluminum, brass and bronze molding processes, ensuring optimal performance and quality control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and tooling methods. Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline production workflows. Engage in CNC programming and CAM programming to optimize machining processes. Maintain compliance with
ISO 9001
standards throughout the manufacturing facility. Support factory operations by providing mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment, metallurgy, welding, and casting applications. Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles within a factory environment. Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts, process engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficient in using various inspection systems for quality assurance. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
