A well-established advanced manufacturing company is seeking a Process Engineer to support process improvement, new product development, manufacturing engineering, and project execution. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving, improving manufacturing processes, and taking ownership of projects from planning through implementation. Key Responsibilities Lead projects involving new products, process improvements, and manufacturing changes. Develop project plans, timelines, priorities, and resource requirements. Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues using root cause analysis and sound engineering judgment. Analyze existing processes and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product introduction and manufacturing process development. Work with production, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. Track project progress, communicate risks, and ensure deadlines are met. Use project management tools such as Gantt charts, resource planning, and constraint management. Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Support technical documentation, measurements, data analysis, and process validation activities. Travel occasionally as required for projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related environment. Strong experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Experience supporting new product launches or process implementation. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with technical data, measurements, documentation, and detailed manufacturing processes. Preferred Experience Glass manufacturing or fabrication experience. Glass cutting, seaming, machining, or screen-printing processes. Experience in precision manufacturing or advanced materials. Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience. Experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
