Shift Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and holding team members accountable, prioritizing workloads, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements. Work Schedule:

This position works a rotating 12-hour shift that including working both days and nights including some weekend work. Day shift is 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and the night shift is 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. You may be successful in this role if you: Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. Bring three to five years of manufacturing, coaching, teaching, military, or other leadership experience. Have experience applying Lean manufacturing principles to improve processes and performance. Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and leaders at all levels of the organization. Adapt quickly to changing production demands and use data-driven decision-making to resolve challenges and maintain operational efficiency. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash (TTC) range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,650.00-TTC to $151,800.00-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
