As a Brunch Line Operator, you are responsible for executing dishes with precision, keeping your station tight, and moving with urgency during peak brunch service. Duties Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Own your station (grill, eggs, fry, etc.) from setup to breakdown Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace at all times Work as a team to keep service smooth and efficient Follow recipes, prep standards, and plating expectations exactly Communicate clearly with leadership and teammates during service Skills Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Attention to detail—presentation matters here Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure Team player with a positive attitude Pride in your work—no shortcuts, no excuses

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
