Operator Level I (Wire Wind) / 2nd Shift The Impact You'll Make The prmiary function of this position is to operate the wire winders for applying hose wire to braider bobbins. This is a 2nd Shift position; Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm. What You'll Be Doing Perform necessary service functions for Wire Wind Operator Clean and lube the bobbin cart wheels when needed and perform all daily inspections, lubricating all lube points Setting the wire guide beaks and rollers correctly and checking the wire oiler periodically Verify and adjust tension settings Check wire cards on each machine at start of shiftuse the correct bobbin type Keep work area clean and organized Assist other operators when possible, and cross train for flexibility Work within all safety and quality guidelines Perform other duties as necessary What We're Looking For Required (Basic) Qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications One (1) year manufacturing experience Job Criteria Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external personnel What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
