As our business continues to grow across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and custom decoration, we're looking for another motivated Team Member to join our warehouse and production operation. We're a small, growing company, which means every Team Member has an opportunity to make an impact. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Fulfillment & Production Technician to support our warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and product-decoration operations. This position will be responsible for picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, learning and operating our Radian laser engraving system, and working within our new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Previous warehouse and WMS experience is highly valued , particularly experience with inventory control, barcode scanning, receiving, picking, cycle counts, and warehouse location management. Experience participating in a WMS implementation or transition would be a significant plus. Previous laser engraving experience is not required . We will train the right person. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and fulfill e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and custom orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare orders for shipment according to established packaging and quality standards. Learn to operate our Radian laser engraving system and become proficient in product setup, engraving, and quality control. Perform final quality inspections before products are shipped. Receive inbound inventory, verify quantities, and properly store products. Use our Warehouse Management System for receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, and shipping. Use barcode scanners and follow established warehouse workflows. Maintain accurate product and warehouse location information. Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Help identify, investigate, and correct inventory discrepancies. Assist with maintaining alignment between physical inventory and WMS inventory records. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and production-ready warehouse. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on production equipment as trained. Operate a forklift as needed once properly trained and authorized. Help prepare workstations, equipment, and the warehouse for the next production day. Identify problems, communicate issues, and contribute ideas for improving warehouse and production processes. Assist with other warehouse and production responsibilities as business needs require. WMS & Warehouse Experience We're preparing to implement a new Warehouse Management System, so previous WMS experience would be especially valuable. Candidates with experience in any of the following will stand out: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Barcode/RF scanning Receiving and put-away Bin and location management Picking and packing Inventory control Cycle counting Inventory adjustments and discrepancy investigation Shipping systems WMS implementations or warehouse system transitions If you've previously participated in a WMS implementation, we'd especially like to hear about your experience and the role you played. What We're Looking For Dependable and consistent attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Comfortable learning computers, software, production equipment, and warehouse systems Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with equipment and tools Able to follow established processes and procedures Willing to identify problems and suggest better ways of doing things Positive, professional attitude and good communication skills Able to adapt as priorities change in a growing company Preferred Experience Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or inventory-control experience Previous hands-on WMS experience Experience participating in a WMS implementation or transition Forklift experience or certification Production or manufacturing experience Laser engraving or product-decoration experience Warehouse and WMS experience are strongly preferred, but we're willing to train an exceptional candidate who demonstrates reliability, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on warehouse position.
