In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring packaging machinery, ensuring products are filled, sealed, and packaged efficiently and accurately. Your proactive approach will help maintain high safety standards, optimize production flow, and uphold quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced lubricant production environment where precision and teamwork drive success. Responsibilities Operate filling. capping, labeling, coding, and packaging machines, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow Monitor equipment performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operation Conduct routine inspections of machinery for mechanical issues or malfunctions Troubleshoot equipment problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance Handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), GMP standards, and safety procedures Assist with loading raw materials and packaging supplies onto production lines and managing finished product pallets Maintain cleanliness of work area and perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment when required Requirements Prior experience operating packaging machines or in a lubricant manufacturing environment preferred Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment troubleshooting and basic machining skills Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and quality checks Valid forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks and warehouse tools Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including GMP compliance and PPE use Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during packaging processes Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members Join our team as a Filling & Packaging Line Operator to play a vital role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and energized work environment.
