• 2nd Shift, you will be accountable for supporting continuous production and packaging operations through cross-functional coverage, packaging material management, and adherence to quality and food safety standards.

This role is vital to maintaining operational efficiency, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality.

00 Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Support production and packaging operations to ensure efficient workflow and product output. Provide cross-functional coverage during breaks and meal periods to maintain continuous operations. Maintain packaging materials and supplies to support uninterrupted production. Verify product quality and compliance with established specifications and standards. Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately and timely. Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and food safety requirements to ensure compliance. Communicate food safety, quality, and equipment concerns and support corrective actions. Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment. Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate and legible documentation. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures. Understanding of, or ability to learn, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and product quality. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or packaging operations. Working knowledge of food safety, allergen control, and HACCP programs. Experience providing cross-functional support within a production environment. Familiarity with production documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
