Learn a Trade. Grow With Us. URBN Patio Doors is a growing Southern California manufacturer of custom aluminum folding door systems. We are looking for a dependable, mechanically minded individual to join our production team at our Temecula facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in building things correctly, and is looking for more than simply their next job. Previous door-manufacturing experience is not required—we will train the right person. We are building and growing our company, and we want the people who grow with us to have the opportunity to develop new skills, take on greater responsibilities, and advance within the organization. What You'll Do You will work alongside our production team while learning the assembly and manufacturing of our custom aluminum folding door systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the assembly and preparation of aluminum door components and systems Learning our manufacturing and assembly processes Working with hand tools and production equipment Following measurements, specifications, and assembly instructions Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Inspecting your work and paying close attention to fit, finish, and quality Assisting the production team as needed to keep projects moving efficiently Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with their hands Able to understand how components fit and work together Dependable, punctual, and committed to being at work on time Organized and attentive to maintaining a clean workspace Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of their work Able to follow instructions and eager to learn Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Interested in developing new skills and growing within the company Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, glazing, windows and doors, or another hands-on trade is a plus. However, mechanical aptitude, reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn are equally important to us.
