Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment with precision, adhering to operational guidelines and safety protocols. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions to ensure correct product assembly. Conduct manual handling tasks and heavy lifting as required to support production flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with safety standards. Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Manage inventory of tools and materials, including forklift operation for material movement when necessary. Support team members on the assembly line, managing workflow to meet production targets. Participate in safety training sessions and uphold safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven factory experience or manufacturing facility background with familiarity in assembly line operations. Knowledge of manufacturing management principles, lean manufacturing practices, and process improvement strategies. Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with experience using measuring instruments and technical tools. Physical capability for manual handling tasks and heavy lifting required in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety standards in production settings and adherence to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient production workflows while prioritizing safety and quality. Pay:
