Posted Oct 1, 2026 We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Flash Welding Operator to perform a specialized electric welding process in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires careful adherence to a defined process, strong safety awareness, and the physical handling and positioning of hardware, components, and parts. Training in the specific welding process will be provided. When welding department needs are met, the operator will support other manufacturing activities, with anticipated training on CNC or automatic machinery to support available work hours and production needs. Key Responsibilities Complete required training and perform the flash welding process according to approved work instructions, operating procedures, and process requirements. Lift, move, load, align, and position hardware, components, and parts for welding, using approved handling methods and lifting equipment as required. Follow the prescribed welding sequence and verify required settings, setup, and part positioning before operating equipment. Monitor the welding operation and promptly report equipment concerns, process deviations, or suspected quality issues to the appropriate lead or quality team. Complete required production and process records accurately and maintain part identification and traceability as instructed. Follow all trained safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and maintain an orderly work area. Work with the process lead and quality team to support consistent results, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Support other manufacturing duties when welding workload permits; learn to operate CNC or automatic machinery as assigned and following training and authorization. Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a strict, repeatable process without skipping required steps. Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to learn and consistently apply equipment and handling procedures. Ability to understand work instructions, complete required records, and communicate production or quality concerns clearly. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a specialized welding process and additional manufacturing equipment. Dependability, teamwork, and flexibility to support changing production needs. Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Apply
