Job Description

Company Profile:
Koma Precision is an integrator and distributor of high-quality CNC machine tool accessories, including rotary tables and hydraulic systems. We provide custom-engineered manufacturing solutions, calibration services, and aftermarket parts and support to manufacturers across a wide range of industries — including the medical, automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment sectors.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician to perform mechanical assembly of precision machinery and build electrical wiring harnesses at our East Windsor, Connecticut facility. Working from engineering documentation and established procedures, the technician will be expected to assemble, inspect, and prepare equipment to high-quality standards using precision measurement tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in following company processes closely while maintaining a clean, organized work area. This is an on-site, shop-floor role based out of our East Windsor, Connecticut facility, which includes a technician work area and a shop with CNC machines sourced from around the world. The position works a standard eight-hour shift and requires the ability to maneuver heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds. In addition to core assembly duties, the technician is responsible for general housekeeping, strict adherence to all company processes and procedures, and other related duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience in a mechanical service or repair industry (required) Ability to use precision measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and surface gages (required) Able to provide and use your own basic hand tools (required) Ability to maneuver heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds (required) PC literate (required) Experience assembling electrical wiring harnesses (desirable) Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Highly flexible and able to work independently, prioritize a schedule, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Compensation & Benefits:
