Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring for multiple Clean Room Manufacturing positions with a growing medical manufacturing company in Dayville, CT. Whether you're an experienced machine operator or looking to start a career in manufacturing, we have opportunities available across all shifts. Responsibilities:

Job duties are dependent upon role and may include: Operate and monitor extrusion and manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Inspect products using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes, to verify compliance with quality specifications. Package, label, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment. Complete production, quality, and process documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all company quality and safety standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

Manufacturing, machine operating, assembly, or extrusion experience is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic math and computer skills required. Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and production specifications accurately.

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
