As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our production floor. Job Summary The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day production operations, including the assembly, packaging, and quality inspection of pre-roll and vape products. This is an entry-level, hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated production environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment used in pre-roll and vape manufacturing, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assemble, fill, weigh, and package products accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets. Perform visual and manual quality control checks to identify and remove defective or non-conforming products. Accurately label, seal, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment in compliance with state cannabis regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety policies. Track production quantities, batch numbers, and other data as required for seed-to-sale compliance and traceability. Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to a supervisor promptly. Follow all company policies related to security, product handling, and cannabis compliance regulations. Assist with inventory counts, restocking materials, and other general production support tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. No prior manufacturing experience necessary; entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures precisely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills sufficient for counting, weighing, and recording production data. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with state cannabis licensing requirements. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any required state cannabis worker permit or badge. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods (up to a full shift). Ability to lift and carry up to 25-35 lbs occasionally. Manual dexterity for handling small components and operating production machinery. Ability to work in an environment with exposure to cannabis plant material and associated odors. Work Environment & Schedule This is a full-time, day-shift position based in a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility. Schedule may occasionally require flexibility to meet production demands. This role requires compliance with all facility security and safety protocols, including the use of any required personal protective equipment (PPE).
