Manufacturing Technician Advanced Core Line Maker 1st Shift M-F 6am to 2pm (P) Siemens Energy - 3.9 Gibsonton, FL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave 401(k) matching Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description A Snapshot of Your Day Will be working in the liner manufacturing production according to daily production requirements. Technicians are responsible for the condition and status of all liner inventory ready for molding. Role requires releasing all produced liners ready for molding in accordance with work instructions for each specific part number. Monitors all equipment systems according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality in the Gibsonton Florida Location. How You'll Make an Impact Checking the daily schedule for parts specifically the number of liners to be produced and liner parts in process. Ensuring the correct practice is pulled up on production system screen creating liners according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Monitoring and maintaining good documentation practices and adjusting machines, setting controls, and performing troubleshooting as required by engineering and quality criteria. Ensures all equipment calibration is current and documented. Perform basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; cooperates with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. Continuously improve safety, productivity and raw material waste while organizing material inventory and storage. Other duties may be assigned and cross-training as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Knowledge of or interest in industrial machinery and ability to perform basic math functions using the metric system. Ability to read Engineering instructions and mechanical aptitude to learn blue light equipment software. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
