Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing vaccine components in an aseptic clean room environment using virus and cell culture techniques while following USDA regulations and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vaccine components using aseptic and cell culture techniques. Follow SOPs and USDA requirements during production activities. Complete and review production documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintain technical data and supporting documentation. Assist with training and coaching new and current employees. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Escalate production issues and workflow disruptions. Follow all EHS policies and participate in safety initiatives. Support continuous improvement activities. Participate in site projects, deviations, and change-control activities.
Required Skills:
Clean room and aseptic technique experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Basic math skills. Equipment/automation troubleshooting ability. Microsoft Office and database software proficiency. Strong written and verbal communication. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Education:
Biology preferred but not required.
